Surprise!

Lots going on out my back door!
Aren't these cute? Nothing larger than 1" diameter.

My ladies turned up, not many though.

Only two in this spot, so far.

These will be deep purple when ripe.

I posted on my fb writer's page, I don't know if non-fb people can see it. I would like to know - if one of you non-fb members would be so kind to check it out and let me know, please?

    1. I think a lot of people start early where you are. I believe I would. Maybe start some slips now for the fall? Might be a bust, but it couldn't hurt to try.

  4. Has the weather turned for you. I hope your extreme heat is over but it doesn't get too cold too soon

    1. I don't think so, not yet. Is 93F out there at the moment - although I saw a couple more flocks of birds gathering yesterday.

  5. I can see your page which looks interesting but of course that's not going to do you any good since you are looking for people who are not of Facebook. Love your pink flowers!

    1. Thanks. They were a surprise, I thought I wouldn't see them this year as they were about a week late.

  7. i was able to pull up your facebook page (as a non-fber) but soon thereafter, a big box pops up telling me to sign up or log in so it's not like i can really ready more than an intro on a post.

    1. Okay, than you. I would guess fb is not desirable for that kind of page. I can send you the posting if you're interested. Not sure what I want to do about it - it's not a popular page at all. (With me either)

  8. I've tried facebook links before and I'm not able to see things there. You need to sign in and I can't do that since I'm not a member, so don't have a password. And I'm not joining them, ever.

  9. Love the pink flowers- just gorgeous! I am a facebook member so I can see your page. But I know from experience before I was a member I couldn't see anything or maybe just the top part of the page and a request to log in or join would plaster across the top of it. Have you tried on google +?

    1. I'm not google+. I may just make another blogger page for my occasional words on reading and writing - although I don't write much anymore. Thanks!

    1. Yep, the back yard is just as busy as the front - maybe not to most folk's standards, but it's almost more than I can handle. Ha Ha!
